Roof Inn..............We are situated on the island of Carriacou.
The restaurants are on the second floor verandah features an exquisite
European / international cuisine and encompass the most fabulous
view of Hillsborrough bay, the horizon and the keys offshore.
There is also a cocktail bar from where you can enjoy splendid
sunsets in a nice atmosphere with soft music. Our menu varies
depending on the season and availability of fresh local products.
We serve dishes such as gratinated lobster, grilled swordfish
in lemonsauce, whitewinepoached barracuda with chablisauce, garlic
shrimps or filet mignon in cognacsauce and desserts such as rum-raisin
parfait, limepie or passionfruit sorbet. The restaurant is open
for dinner daily with the exception of mondays.

Coyaba
Hotel Resort and Restaurants: Grenadian specialities such
as Curried Lambie Hog Island mark the menu in Coyaba's two dining
venues. The Pepperpot, a casual open-air dining room, serves breakfast
and dinner; the pool-side Arwakabana features lunch specialities.
Guests enjoy cocktails, including the Coyaba Colada and Coyaba
Special, in the pepperpot Bar. Built by the Cherman family, the
resort was completed in only nine months, opening in August 1987
